- View your deposit, withdrawal, and transaction history

- Go to Game Records
- View your betting history and game activity
- On the login page, click “Forgot UID”
- Enter your phone number and request OTP
- Enter the OTP
- Your UID will be displayed
- Select it and log in
- Click “Forgot Password”
- Enter your phone number and request OTP
- Enter the OTP
- Select your UID
- Set a new password
- Password reset completed
Here are 2 solutions to this issue:
1. You can try clearing your browser cache first, or uninstalling the current app and re-downloading it before trying to add the account again.
2. You can log in to your account via the web link and add your bank account again to request a withdrawal.
Please follow the steps below to delete the unselectable bank account:
1. Click on “Me” ➡ “Bank Account Number”.
2. Click on “Delete”.
3. Click on “Add bank account”.
4. After entering complete information about the account, click “Next”.

🔽 Get an OTP verification code from your SMS
🔽 Enter the correct OTP verification code to confirm the addition.
After “Success” is displayed, please reapply for cash withdrawal one more time.
Transactions may fail temporarily due to network or banking system problems. After submitting your order, please be patient and wait for some time, the order will be successful within 30 minutes.
You can go to the “Bank Account” interface, delete your current bank account and add it again. After that, apply for your withdrawal order again.
